Grilled foods, sliders and bold flavors are what the Me So Hungry food truck is all about.
Me So Hungry is operated by Chef Cory Ewing, who has worked at major restaurants and hotels. His truck’s sliders start with Brioche, French bread with high egg and butter content, which is then topped with short ribs, Angus beef or pulled chicken. Sweet potato fries slathered in garlic and cheese augment the meal.
Popular dining choices are the Monster Burger, which combines Angus beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato and Asian BBQ sauce, and the Duke, made with Angus beef, onion rings, sweet chili greens BBQ sauce and bacon on cheese bread. Me So Hungry is known for spicy sauces, including a homemade remoulade, BBQ sauce, chipotle aioli, spicy sour cream and chimichurri, a flavorful meat sauce originally from Argentina
For a side, dessert or snack, Me So Hungry offers Ghirardelli caramel-covered, sweet potato fries.
Being unique, different, fun and appetizing is what the food truck business is all about. Mobile restaurants – whether they are trucks, trailers or push carts – attract customers on the streets, school campuses, parks and festivals because they usually offer delicious and novel foods. Often the food is superior to traditional restaurant fare and competitively priced.
Our fleet of gourmet food trucks includes The Hungry Nomad (877-NOMAD-10), Hang 10 Tacos (855-5-Hang-10) and Greenz on Wheelz (855-6Greenz). All three are staffed with experienced food service professionals who are dedicated to providing the high-quality, fresh and tasty meals our customers expect.
In addition to serving street fare, we cater events of every size.
